When you start a micro-biz, you step into an epic battle between good and evil.

On the one hand, the dark forces of the Cult of Entrepreneurialism are amassed, babbling pure nonsense about business.  They would have you waste your time and energy prancing about in a pageant of phony business rather than making money.

On the other hand, the practitioners of Biz Fu speak nature’s truth. Business is a simple art:

1. Create value.

2. Get paid for it.

All drama aside, the “information” out there about starting a business is 95% heinous garbage.  Never in my life have I seen so much BS masquerading as fact as I have in the world of entrepreneurialism.  It really is like a cult.

Shaolin_Kung_Fu_4Nearly, every business forum, blog, college class and a large majority of business books preach blatant disinformation.  And the Small Business Administration. . . Oh Lord. The SBA is the worst of them all. Click here for a stack of examples.

I wish I had a good explanation for it.  All I can guess is that:
[li]Businesspeople want to make it sound hard so they seem like bigshots, and[/li][li]Most teachers and writers have very limited, if any, actual micro-business experience.[/li]
Truly successful entrepreneurs rarely come back to teach the truth.  They’re drinking Mai Tais on a beach somewhere.  We’re left with the wannabe flunkies; blogging, posting, teaching and working for the SBA.  I suppose that makes sense when you think about it. (That makes it possible that I'm a wannabe flunky, I realize. Maybe so. . .)

[tbanner color="green" title="Biz Fu Zen" style="3"]The Biz Fu Path strips away the junk, leaving a bright and sensible micro-biz journey. Even so, micro-business can’t claim to be “easy.” It’s almost always a test of a person’s moxie. But it’s meaningful and real.[/tbanner]

Let’s not forget.  This is no game.  This is about scoring way more money than you ever thought possible.
