• They’re experienced micro-entrepreneurs. Most coaches have logged an impressive list of micro-business failures (and some wins, too) that ensure they’re not one-hit-wonders.  These are folks who’ve done a stack of semesters in the School of Hard Knocks.
• They’re micro-business people right now, today. To date, I’ve only brought on coaches who’re running their own micro-business. They work part-time as coaches and part-time running their own business.
• They’re expert life coaches. Every MBF coach has undergone extensive life coaching training.
• They’re receiving micro-business coaching too. So am I. We all have life-long commitments to taking feedback and seeking coaching.
